Marine Data Science @ Kiel University

We are a research group at the Department of Computer Science at Kiel University, Germany. Our research focusses on novel techniques and methods to measure, model, map and monitor marine environments, in particular using Robotics, Visual Computing, Photogrammetry and AI. We also look at difficult machine perception problems from very small (microscopic or endoscopic) to very large (satellite) scale.
